Architecture





First up in this set is the new Belconnen Arts Centre. In this shot, I like the way the clean lines of the building and its surrounds emphasise the reflections in the glass.

Next, we see a view of the apartments along the Kingston foreshore. Here, the curve of the front retaining wall seems to lead your gaze towards the gateway in the right corner of the frame.

I love the Art Deco design of the Canberra School of Art. The angle I chose for this shot highlights the geometric shapes on the tower.

Finally, a view of the latest city skyscraper nearing completion at the end of Marcus Clarke Street. I like the way the wisps of clouds seem to be coming from the building itself and how the angles of the walls appear to melt into each other.
